Senior Software Engineer I

Architected and delivered a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Next.js 15 (SSR and SSG), GraphQL and Turborepo with runtime tenant scoping and zero-downtime configuration updates, reliably processing 4000+ emergency cases daily at 99.9% uptime. Implemented deployment and rollback workflows along with RBAC and ABAC access control across the dashboard, and also implemented a11y and i18n.
Designed a No-Code Workflow platform using dnd-kit, JSON Schema and a rules-evaluation runtime, enabling non-technical administrators to configure complex conditional logic, pricing engines, dispatch rules and hospital SOPs. Eliminated ongoing engineering dependency, reducing change-request tickets by 90% and cutting new business onboarding time by 50%.
Built an in-house design system library following atomic design principles with 100+ production components, supporting runtime theming (color palettes, typography, dark and light modes). Established a design-token pipeline from Figma tokens → CSS variables → production. Significantly improving UI consistency, development velocity and design quality.
