- Architected and delivered a multi-tenant SaaS platform using Next.js 15 (SSR and SSG), GraphQL and Turborepo with runtime tenant scoping and zero-downtime configuration updates, reliably processing 4000+ emergency cases daily at 99.9% uptime. Implemented deployment and rollback workflows along with RBAC and ABAC access control across the dashboard, and also implemented a11y and i18n.
- Designed a No-Code Workflow platform using dnd-kit, JSON Schema and a rules-evaluation runtime, enabling non-technical administrators to configure complex conditional logic, pricing engines, dispatch rules and hospital SOPs. Eliminated ongoing engineering dependency, reducing change-request tickets by 90% and cutting new business onboarding time by 50%.
- Built an in-house design system library following atomic design principles with 100+ production components, supporting runtime theming (color palettes, typography, dark and light modes). Established a design-token pipeline from Figma tokens → CSS variables → production. Significantly improving UI consistency, development velocity and design quality.
- Architected and delivered a real-time telemedicine platform integrating 5G ambulance networks, pub/sub infrastructure (PubNub), WebRTC video (Jitsi) and WebSocket/SSE protocols. Streamed IoT medical device data (ECG, SpO2, BP, glucose) and GPS with 500ms latency, enabling parallel in-transit diagnosis and reducing the critical care response window by 18 minutes.
- Built an offline-first PWA using Service workers and IndexedDB with push notifications, in-app payment collection and real-time ambulance tracking. Transformed operational efficiency from 30% to 80%, delivering a full-stack solution used by field and operations teams at scale.
- Established frontend engineering standards by enforcing ESLint rules, Husky and lint-staged pre-commit checks and a structured branching strategy. Implemented AI-assisted code review (CodeRabbit) followed by manual reviews, automated CI/CD pipelines, and integrated Sentry and Hotjar for production monitoring and issue detection.
